As i was saying..sparkles sparkles sparkles, literally love them as i was the birthday girl i was entitled to wear a bitta glam!! I fell in love with this dress as soon as i saw it in Oxford Street Topshop, its from there amazing range 'Dress Up' and if i remember correctly it was £55? For a birthday dress that's definately a bargain!! My little 21st cocktail glass is from my bestest friend in the whole world..abi davis, obviously that accessory makes the outfit...
